We want you to be fully satisfied with your Zarveniq order.

Returns

Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method, or as store credit for Cash on Delivery orders.

Non-Returnable Items

Intimate/hygiene products, and items marked final sale, cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a free replacement or refund.
